Each section starts with the plain version; the details follow. If anything here surprises you, tell us — that's a bug.

1 · What Roster Dashboard is

A calm display of a pilot's own roster, for their family. You connect the calendar feed your roster already publishes; we render it for your household on the web, a kiosk screen, or an e-paper panel, enriched with public flight-tracking data. Roster Dashboard is operated by AERONOSTOS FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN ("Aeronostos", "we"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It's an independent product — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Emirates or any airline.

2 · Not an operational tool

Never use Roster Dashboard to make flying decisions. The display exists so your family knows roughly when you leave and when you're home. Rosters change, feeds lag, flight data is third-party and sometimes wrong, and screens go stale. For anything that matters — report times, duty periods, meeting someone at the actual airport — use your airline's official systems and your own judgment. By using the service you agree not to rely on it for flight operations, duty compliance, or safety-related decisions of any kind.

3 · Your account

Your roster, your household, your keys. You must be 18+ and connect only a calendar you're entitled to share — what your household sees is your responsibility. One account covers one household. Keep sign-in links and device keys private; anyone holding your magic link is you, as far as the server can tell. You can delete your account anytime in Settings, effective immediately — the privacy policy says exactly what erasure means.

4 · Plans, payment, refunds

Annual plans through Stripe, cancel anytime, 14-day money-back.

5 · Referrals and gifts

Share links are real gifts — please don't game them. A referred family gets a 60-day free trial (card required, first charge on day 60 unless they cancel); the referrer gets +30 days when that family's first payment settles. Self-referrals, invented households, or chained gift accounts aren't in the spirit of it, and we may reverse credits or trials created that way.

6 · Screens and firmware

We don't sell hardware — we make your screen useful. Displays are devices you own, typically bought from their manufacturer or a retailer (e.g. Seeed Studio's reTerminal e-paper devices). From time to time we may provide devices directly — for example to early or founding members in a test programme — as a courtesy or long-term loan, as-is, not as a sale. Either way, our part is the firmware and the flashing guide: firmware is provided as-is, may update itself over the air for security and reliability, and flashing a device follows our guide, at your own risk. Your subscription never depends on any hardware.

7 · Fair use

Your own household, lawfully. Don't resell the service, scrape it, probe or overload it, circumvent plan limits, or connect calendars you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that do — after a warning where that's reasonable, immediately where it isn't.

8 · Availability

Best effort, no uptime guarantee. We run this carefully, but it's a small service, not a bank; features may change as the product grows, and the service may be suspended, changed, or discontinued.

9 · Liability

Capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. To the extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is", our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — including a missed pickup, a wrong "landed" time, or a stale display. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10 · Ending things

You can leave anytime; refunds only happen if we end it. You: cancel or delete your account in Settings, anytime — you keep access until the end of what you've paid for, and cancelling yourself is never a refund event (section 4 applies, including its 14-day money-back window). Us: we may close accounts that break section 7, with no refund. Only one case carries a refund: if we ourselves end a paying account that did nothing wrong, we refund the unused time pro-rata.

11 · Changes to these terms

Material changes come with 14 days' email notice. Staying subscribed after that is acceptance; if you don't accept, cancel — section 4's refund logic applies.

12 · Law and contact

These terms are a contract between you and Aeronostos, governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, whose courts have jurisdiction. Questions first, always: go-around@rosterdashboard.com — we answer.
